1. First you should get the virtual office package.
I am guessing you will take the $85/month package. See our website which describes the $170 per month and $25 per month package as an alternative. 4. I understand Russia has a flat tax system. I suggest that you get us to set up an "agency structure" by which you set up a corporation in Russia or in another low tax jurisdiction so that most of you profit is taxed in the lower tax country. 5. We provide tax accounting for $1500 per year plus tax. $1,605.00. You have to use a computer accounting program acceptable to us such as Quickbooks and do your own bookkeeping. Our staff accountant will assist you in setting up the correct chart of accounts and he will do the year end adjustments and the tax preparation.

Yes, even though you are abroad you would still be able to incorporate a company in the UK. The registered office address of the company must be in the UK.
In order to be incorporated as a limited company, you must file the following four documents with XXX XXXX:
Form 10 shows the intended situation of the Registered Office and the details of the consenting Secretary and Director(s).

You also need to send to us:

Articles of Association. This gives the internal management affairs and running of the company. Each subscriber to the shares should sign this. The Memorandum & Articles define the liability status of the company. These are not provided by Companies House but can be purchased from a Legal Stationers which you will find listed in Yellow Pages.
Once these four documents have been completed, you should return them to Companies House together with the relevant filing fee. The standard registration fee is £20. We will incorporate the company in eight to ten working days after we receive the documents. If you need to form the company quickly, we offer a Same Day Incorporation service, the registration fee for which is £50.00 and must be correctly received before 15.00.

если директор я, то Secretary может быть и офис:

The Companies Act states that there would have to be at least two people appointed at all times, one director and one company secretary. You may ask a member of your family to act as secretary and it would be an internal matter for the company to decide if you pay the person for acting as secretary.
т.е. мне остается только найти услуги виртуального офиса и можно оформляться.
SPAIN INCORPORATION
тут труднее. в кратце скажу, что у низ правовая система такая же как и у нас в Ру. т.e. можно открыть аналог нашего ООО, с капиталом в 3к. + надо ехать туда визировать документы.
после нехитрых расчетов, это обойтся $10к только на регистрацию(+поездка в испанию.) Единственный бенефит инкорпорации в испании - можно получить мультивизу для развития биз.
USA INCORPORATION
первоначально моей целью были usa, но в свете всех событий система инкорпорации сильно усложнилась для нерезидентов(все помнят как после 11.9 по всей стране закрывали банковские счета нерезидентов и т.д. Хотя испания тоже также поступила после 2003, и лично мне пришлось ехать туда и доказывать что я это я, что бы сохранить счет.) так вот, в usa оказывается тоже не просто инкорпорироваться в нашей ситуации(нерезидент, нет имущества и прочие отягчающие обстоятельства).
вот что мне ответила контора о инкорпорации в Делаваре(я им обрисовал мою историю, что надо для IT, что нерезидент и т.д.):

но в делаваре много подводных камней, в том числе и по налогооблажению.
Вот прямо сейчас чатаю что и как с инкорпорацией в делавара и другие способы для инкопрорации нерезиденту.

Итак, основываясь на выше упомянутом, я все больше прихожу к выводу что в моей ситуации(уже знаете какой) наиболее выгодно будет инкорпорироваться в ЮК. А уж потом думать как попасть "туда", т.к. Ру не лучшее место для IT, проверено 7 летним опытом.
