Hi Brad,
Sorry to hear about that garbage with Paymentech. I have recently been building my store on yahoo and the experience with their "Customer Service" has left a really bad taste in my mouth. I pretty much feel that yahoo is basically useless to me at this point and I think I am going to build my own solution. I am a web developer by trade and have built nicer applications than the yahoo store in the past for my employers, just figured why re-invent the wheel? However, I guess I do need to re-invent the wheel since I am dependant on a company that could care less about serving those that pay them for their services.
I am definitely going to make an effort in my own company to "care" about the issues of the customers I serve. It seems that has been lost in recent days. If I was in the financial position to do so I would hire my own lawyer and do battle with yahoo, but I can’t possibly afford better lawyers than them so I just get to loose out on the money I have spent over the last couple of months.
Anyway, enough of the negativity thanks for the info on the Paymentech service, I think I will try those other folks (ACS) you recommend.
Take care,
Cameron

Наверное, действительно имеет смысл написать свой магазин. Только интерфейс к кредитным компаниям все равно придется брать на стороне.
Так что я, пожалуй, не буду советовать хоститься у Yahoo
