Hi! I came here in hope that somebody will help me with advice... I came to the US on a one entry B2 visa, but then changed my status to F1 (just the status was changed, not the number of entries). I've been in an undergrad school for 3 semesters, and now I am transfering to a graduate school for the fall semester. Unfortunately, the circumstances are such that I will absolutely have to go visit my Rodina this summer. I know that I will have to go to the Embassy and get another multientry student visa in order to return to the US. And that's where I have certain apprehensions and concerns... I know I can be accused of "skrytye namereniya" or something like that and they won't let me back in. Maybe anybody has been in a similar situation? What would be the wisest thing for me to do ? I would appreciate any advice, any input, ANYTHING! Thanks for your consideration in advance, dorogie moi zemlyaki !!!
S yvazheniem, Alexandra
P.S Sorry for not writing in Russian, the computer I am using is at school and it is not quite amiable to the language of velikiy Pushkin.
To be with visa or not to be... That is the question
