Помогите, пожалуйста проверить письмо

Post by Volnushka »

Dear Michael,
I was impressed with your article “***” about how prophylactic antibiotics could reduce the number of recurrent ***. http://www.***
You mentioned prophylactic antibiotics such as ***.
However after had being looked for some articles of clinical trials on-line, I found out that each of them mentioned different prophylactic antibiotics for this condition. Some of them even mentioned some of the prophylactic antibiotics above as treatment antibiotics.
For example:
http://clinicaltrials.gov/***
http://www.pubmedcentral.****

In other words, the results of my on-line research look like a kind of contradictable and it makes me absolutely confused: which antibiotics belongs to prophylactic ones and which one belong just to treatment? Does it mean that they are the same
and it is just a matter of dosage or/and time range?
Without knowing that, it would be unclear how to distinguish those patients who were on prophylaxis and those ones who were not.
My question is:
Is there any list of the most frequently prescribed prophylactic antibiotics versus treatment antibiotics? Could you be so kind to address me to the resource where I could get them or better provide with the list of basic ones (except those you already mentioned in your article) ?

In case they differ just in dosage....how to distinguich which dosage is just a prophylactic one and which one is not?

In other words…how to distinguish prophylactic antibiotics from treatment ones?
I also would be interested in the following question : if prophylactic antibiotics were prescribed after ****test or…just like certainpreventive ones regardless to the fact of ***test results?
I would greatly appreciate for your answer!

With respect,

Volnushka

to give me a reference to a resource where I could get the list or, if it's possible, to provide me with the list of basic ones (except those you have already

I am also interested in the following: are prophylactic antibiotics prescribed after *** test? Or, just like certain preventative antibiotics, it's prescribed regardless results of **** test?

Volnushka, письмо несколько затянуто в изложении, где oчень длинные и замысловатые фразы. Попробуйте ещё раз, но кратко и без излишних эмоций к автору статьи.
Так же, вместо With respect, лучше Sincerely, Volnushka.

Примерно так:
Прочитала статью *****, заинтересовали некоторые вопросы, а именно......
Была бы очень признательна за ответ.
С уважением, Волнушка.
