How to get country IP range?

Is it possible to determine IP range assigned to a particular country/region?

Sorry, I did not read the question carefully first time. ;( this one searches country by IP:
http://www.maxmind.com/download/geoip/database/
and you need exactly opposite.

Странный какой-то список.
LV вообще нету.
194.x.x.x адресов тоже...

Вообще насколько я понимаю, максимум что можно высчитать -- это на какую организацию зарегестрирован ASN. А дальше уже дело ASN ownera -- как распределять адреса и это никем не контролируется.

Приношу извинения, это только адреса за которые ответсвеннен ARIN (North America), общий список можно получить соединив все списки всех четырех основных провайдеров адресов:

APNIC (Asia Pacific Network Information Centre) - Asia/Pacific Region

ARIN (American Registry for Internet Numbers) - North America and Sub-Sahara Africa

LACNIC (Regional Latin-American and Caribbean IP Address Registry) – Latin America and some Caribbean Islands

RIPE NCC (Réseaux IP Européens) - Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, and African countries located north of the equator

Well, I basically interested in just a few countries from Africa, in particular Ivory Coast. There is insane amount of spamers from there registering on my site and trying to send this "give me ur bank account and will send you 100 millions" BS to other members. When I check their IP with IPWhoIS, 95% of them are from Ivory Coast. So I just want to ban the whole fricking thing.
