Так что rate не то чтобы уж очень хороший ...

Ну от appraisal и адвоката никуда не денешся и берут они плюс-минус одинауково. Government Fees обычно вообще никто не list и опять таки если попал в штат с ними - то попал.

Так что rate не то чтобы уж очень хороший ...

Мне просто интересно, удавалось ли кому-то получить этот не очень хороший рейт - а то как-то все вокруг получают APR:5.5-5.8% на 5/1

Я не совсем понимаю как считают APR в случае 5/1. После 5 лет рате неизвестно какая ведь.

Я только что перефинансировал на 15 лет No Points/No Closing costs - 5.5%
MonsterMoving говорит что на 30 лет можно сеичас получить ~ 6% No Points/No Closing costs.

Если деиствительно APR:5.5-5.8% на 5/1, да еще с Closing Costs, то какои тогда смысл в 5/1?

Позвронил им только что, мамой клянутся, что сделают 5/1 80/10/10 под %4.75 основной и под %6.15 второй. Попробую послать application, посмотрим, что получится.
