Irvine, CA хочу знать все

Светит нам туда переезд. Интересуют прежде всего школу (Элементари) и детские сады(желательно русские). А так же районы, где можно спокойно гуляь с детьми и всякие резвивалки-обучалки. НУ и как вообще там живется. Кто чего рассказать может?

Да, школы я уже обсмотрела. Правильно ли я поняла. что плохих школ там нет? По сути можно просто ближе к работе мужа жилье искать. Так?

I can't say I am an expert in the schools topic, but according to the ratings Irvine has best schools in Orange County. All my friends with school-age kids are saying the same; many of them actually chose Irvine because of schools. To my knowledge there are no "bad" areas in Irvine, the city is considered one of the safest in the country, and I would assume there are no bad schools there either. And by the infrastructure (shops, restaurants, parks, schools, etc.) it's most likely the best place in Orange County for families.

Having said that I also need to add that I do not live in Irvine and do not like that city much But that's a personal choice that contradicts with the opinion of most people I know here.

If you have any particular questions about the area you are going to move in, do not hesitate to ask. Perhaps email or Skype would be better for that.

observer_ca, спасибо. Вот пока конкретных вопросов нет, наверное появятся, когда у нас будут у самих ответы о сроках переезда и вообще его неотвратимости=) Но за инфу большое спасибо. Все, что я пока читаю об Ирвайне мне нравится. Надеюсь, что не разочаруюсь

Возник вопрос. Если Ирвайн такой ровно хороший город, то почему цены на жилье так скачут? То 4-бедрум за 1070, то 3-бедрум почти за 2000. В чем подвох? По фотографиям и там и там все замечательно красиво

$1,070 for 4-bedroom doesn't look realistic for Orange County at all; in Irvine 4-bedroom must be in 2-2.5K range... Do you look for a house or apartments? You can check apartment prices at www.rental-living.com - Irvine Company owns majority of apartment complexes in Irvine.
