IMHO
все компании, которые проводят устные интервью с граф. дизайнерами надо посылать... в бобруйск
туда же надо отправлять всех дизайнеров, которые слишком много работают языком, а не глазами и руками и готовятся к интервью по вопросникам

правильное интервью для дизайнера должно состоять из 10-60-минутного молчаливого разглядывания портфолио

Линк на портфолио присылается вместе с резюме. По портфолио отбираются несколько дизайнеров, которые и приглашаются на интервью. Им ведь с этим человеком работать. Пусть он супер-пупер дизайнер, но если человек "забывает" появляться на работе, выполняет ее не в срок и со всеми ругается, то какой с него толк?

BTW А что не так с Бобруйском?
