что за зверь такой - Personal CashCard, наткнулся вот:

встречал ли кто аналоги в других более респектабельных компаниях или банках? вроде как дешевле, чем Western Union. вариант интересен тем, что можно просто подарить человеку карточку, т.е. для одноразовой отправки денег. все таки бакомат Maestro/Cirrus можно найти почти в любой глуши.

и еще: бывают gift certicates (Materscard или Visa), вроде с них нельзя cash снимать. можно ли ими пользоваться в России?
