Looking for card. Any sugesstions, pls.

Guys,
I'm looking for credit card with such features/options/conditions:
1. Visa.
2. Gold/Platnum
3. Cash rebate not less than 1% ( please, don't send any "up to XX%". Straight and simply X%)
it would be wonderful to have rebates posted monthly. (citi card is not valid here )
4. 0% currency conversion.
5. Could add second person without providing SSN.

Тебе нужно брать две.три карточки -
одна с gold бенефитами + 0% currency conversion
другую - повседневную с rebates + возможность добавить жену без SSN

That's the problem. I found only such combination: 0% currency + need SSN to add 2 person.
Gold benefits are default..

i know that the credit cards from credit unions are not charging currency conversation, but can't find a cr. union.. + mine is asking for SSN

0% mean - bank, issued card doesn't charge You.

Ja vsjo vremja videl, chto VISA kak minimum berjot 1% pri valjutnoj konvertaciji s Platinovyh kartochek, tak chto estj i takije, chto voobsche nichego ne berut?
