Собственно если Вы нормально напишите ваше резюме вы бы могли бы попробовать. Так как это довольно дальняя дыра в Калифорнии то у вас есть хороший шанс туда устроиться :?

Требования не ахти какие собвстенно и з/п соотвенственно, но как первая работа очень так ничего :great:

JOB SUMMARY:



The principal duty and responsibility of the Help Desk Specialist is to analyze and resolve problems relating to hardware and software utilized by health net associates. Primary responsibilities include first-level technology support and second-level support coordination by tracking and responding to all health net customer inquiries, problems, complaints, or requests for information for software, hardware, telecommunications and policies and procedures.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receive, track, respond, resolve, and coordinate all support requests to the Help Desk concerning computer software, hardware, data-communications, Tele-communications, and I.S. policies and procedures problems, issues
Inform all Help Desk personnel of any perceived trends and address the causes of customer problems.
Reset user passwords, stop/start processes and jobs, and reset computer ports for system access.
Handle printer procedure questions and print queue problem determination and management.
Maintain customer contact data list.
Responsible for ensuring that all Health Net policies are adhered to such as, but not limited to, the Health Net confidentiality policy.
Assist in the development and maintenance of Help Desk procedures and documentation.
Perform other related duties including projects, support, training, and communication activities as assigned by management.


Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:



Education:

An undergraduate degree in a related field is desirable.



Certification/License:

Additional technical certification (i.e. A+, Certified Novell Engineer, Microsoft System Professional) a plus.



Experience:

Must have at least one year of related experience or equivalent in a customer support organization resolving and coordinating resolution for computer related problems.
Experience with support in a multi-system, multi-company, and customer service environment a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Extensive knowledge of I.S. customer support Help Desk operations.
Excellent analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal, time management, and problem solving skills required.
Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and participate fully in problem resolution required.
Must possess a working knowledge of PCs and their related components and software with an emphasis on the Microsoft Office environment.
Must have a good understanding of Local and Wide Area Network concepts.
Experience with specific software and systems noted below:
Software: MS Office, Windows 9X/NT/2000, DOS, Novell NetWare, Lotus Notes/Novell GroupWise, MACESS, QCARE, DOES, DEERS, SAP, ABS, HEAT.
Hardware and peripheral: IBM, VAX, HP, RS/6000, AS/400, PC, MAC, Printers, Modems.
Data communications: Routers, Hubs, Data circuits.
Telecommunications: Phone, ACD, Voice mail, Voice circuits.
Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, and learn new procedures and systems quickly.
Must be self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision with all levels of staff.
Must be able to function in a workgroup, team-oriented environment.

Any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
