Из того, что нет доказательств геноцида по отношению к неким группам людей, согласно определения следует, что эти группы под определение не подпадают.
Геноцид - серьезное обвинение и его наличие требует исторических доказательств. Напрмер, бумажка, завизированная Гиммлером, могла бы быть таким доказательством, а мнение пусть даже большинсва участников некоего форума - нет.
