Полуавтомат vs болт
Почему у полуавтомата точность ниже чем у однозарядных? Или это urban legend?

In a semi auto you have too many moving parts. You have a gas tube that disrupts barrel harmonics - especially in a M1/M14 rifles, where the operating rod rubs against the bottom of the barrel. The bolt can't be locked up as tight in a semi-auto as in a bolt action - it has to be loose enough to be reliable. Same goes for chamber dimentions - the chamber on a semi-auto can't bee too tight. Autoloaders are also harder on ammunition during chambering. Due to the extra weight of the gas system, springs and the heavy bolts in autoloaders, the weight of the barrel is also kept down. Consequently, thinner barrells will open up group sizes and string shots after heating.
You can have an autoloader that can shoot 0.5" groups at 100m, but it will cost a LOT more than a bolt-action rifle that can do the same thing.

Спасибо, примерно так я и предполагал
