Чем дерьмо выкладывать, лучше хоть одну бы версию протестировали как следует.

В новой 69-й версии, похоже, пофиксали один раздражающий меня баг, сделанный в 66-й версии (это когда они стали умничать с загрузкой landmark'ов):

Я пользуюсь последним релизом, там есть одна нудная бага
Адреса из контактов берутся без зип кода. Уже который раз вижу что если есть в городе такая-же улица но в разных зипах - адрес не находит и приходится ждать пока сканирует все и выбирать нужный зип

Баги багам рознь. На бету эти наколенные поделки не тянут вообще. Голимая альфа.

Ну, ты сам прикинь, если они лэндмарки не дают загрузить, это как? Или что у них карта вертеться перестаёт? Хоть какую-то совесть и ответственность перед (пусть даже и бета-) пользователями надо иметь. Они же один баг фиксят, а два новых делают. Процесс не сходится нифига.

PPC 4.7 RC1 - "Any Way You Want It." - 3/02/06

А вот и релиз кандидат

Я откомментирую немного, если уважаемая публика не возражает.

1) Вернулась обратно чухня с выключением ПДА и последуюшими подвисаниями/ассертами в мапополисе, которая вроде бы вылечилась некоторое время назад при покупке нового GPS receiver'а.

2) Баг с исчезающими скроллбарами на списках на самом деле не пофиксан. Точнее, они не вполне врут: если переключиться в другое приложение, а потом вернуться в мапополис, то скроллбар нарисуется. А если не переключаться, то не нарисуется. Вообще, прикольно: есть в списке найденных адресов три элемента, из них рисуется два с половиной (третий до конца не влез), и еще горизонтальный скроллбар показывается. А вертикального нет. Если пером топнуть на видимой половинке последнего элемента, то его тогда рисуют целиком, но зато уже не рисуют первый. Пока в другое приложение не переключишься.

3) Если подключиться к GPS'ке, то мапополис перестаёт считать маршруты из пункта А в пункт Б. Т.е. он все нормально показывает, дает оба адреса выбирать. Все чики-пок. А когда самый главный OK нажмешь, он тебя возвращает к карте, на которой маршрут проложен от текущей координаты (согласно GPS) до того самого пункта Б. А пункта А как-будто и не было.

4) Landmark'и он теперь дествительно не запрещает загружать, но зато в половине случаев не дает их использовать. Не могу, говорит, построить маршрут.

5) Точно так же глючит и при попытке воспользоваться только что сохраненным маршрутом.

Это я где-то за двадцать минут нашел, пока на работу ехал. Детский сад, да и только. У них вообще хоть один тестер в команде есть? Блин, даже дату не могут правильно в release notes положить.

Теряют они меня, как потенциального потребителя. Я-то собирался уже на новые карты подписаться, а теперь, выходит, надо другого производителя искать.

Еще б она работала... Если помнишь, мои приключения начались с того, что захотелось странного: чтобы мапополис не падал при нажатии кнопочки "выкл" на айпаке и последующим его включением.

Вот и стал я мытарем, пробующим одну бету за другой в надежде на чудо. Есть, конечно, мозговитые "кумары", но их давно всех майкрософт подгребла. На мелкие конторки не осталось.

Я уж думал, чтобы самому программулину сделать, но где время брать?

Декабрьская бета-версия более-менее нормально работала. Вроде как мапополис иногда подвисал молчаливо в середине пути, но делал это нечасто.

Хотя да, надо, видимо, последний релиз попробовать.
