And one more question:I already desided with the Company name and Internet address. If I register www.ivan.com for example and then file the paper for Corporation Election with "Ivan Corporation" company name. And then "biyasnitsya" that the company with such name already exist. Then what should I do with the internet address?
Can I check somewhere if particular company name already exists?
