The successful candidate will be responsible for co-coordinating outsourcing repairs periodical quote process which includes: Preparing the quote data, verifying periodical invoices and preparing summary information for weekly/monthly reporting as well as assisting in month-end/quarter-end/ year-end accounting process using the SAP system and summarizing information and preparing reports. Other duties will include: Assisting in maintaining adequate warranty reserve for BlackBerry products and analyzing the usage and requirement of warranty reserve; Assisting in preparing periodical Revenue and Cost forecasts; Budgeting general ledger account report analysis; Cost center reporting, analysis and budgeting for Cost center Managers internally; Month End Costing/Inter-co Costing Activities; Detailed weekly/monthly reporting package for Directors and Senior level Managers; Reviewing and approving various transactions where necessary (ie Purchase Orders, (Employee Change Notifications - ECN); Maintaining signing authority matrix for internal Repairs Organization as well as other reporting and analysis as required.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
New Grad opportunity - preferably with 1-3 years of overall related experience
Blend of Industry experience with progressive responsibilities in financial planning, analysis and management
University/College degree required in related field (Business or Accounting designation)
Strong financial analysis skills and ability to convert actions/recommendations
Strong Excel skills
Proven ability to define improvements in financial reporting
Multi-tasking and ability to work independently
Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills

You should relate your experience as close as possible to description(you were preparing weekly reports for you previous manager, worked with large amounts of data, etc). Tell them than you know how to create graphs, pivot tables. vlookup, hlookup. Be prepared to answer behavioral questions as well.

Я не работала с vlookup and hlookup. Pivot tables знаю, graphs относительно. Гугл дал массу ссылок на hlookop and vlookup.Достаточно ли почитать будет. чтоб разобраться?
Про поведенческое понятно, сначал будет интервью с Fin.An, then with an HR

i don't think you will be asked about vlookups during your interview.. In my own experience, the questions were mainly behavioral- tell me about a situation when you had to work with a difficult manager/co-worker and how you handled it..
i recomend for you to have a few key examples prepared in advance so that you can tailor them to the questions as you go.
As far as job specific stuff, the questions weren't detailed enough to show your abilities with data manipulation or excel knowledge.. i think the intent is to see if you can think logically and communicate clearly..
oh, i forgot to mention, my experience comes from interviewing and getting a job with one of the fortune 100.

VLOOKUP(lookup_value,table_array,col_index_num,range_lookup)
смотрите пример attached (wo tabs).

<vlookup> и <hlookup> полезно знать, они совсем простые, посмотрите эти функции в <Excel Help>. Но из своего опыта работы с большими массивами данных советую упомянуть, что вы знакомы с <Access>. Его обычно мало кто знает, а все эти <matches> гораздо быстрее делать именно в нем, чем с использование <vlookup>. Тем есть небольшие подводные камни, но я уверена, вы разберетесь.
