Caliper test

I had already 2 interviews ( about 4.5 hours each) and now my potential empoyer called me back for a third interview and said that i have to take Caliper test. Its a personality test and you cant be wrong as there is no score. Does anybody know what it is really about? thank you in advance.

Well it was not just personality test. For example i had this question:

Select the next number in the series:

C A R R

A: S
B: X
C: I
D: Y

Some questions were a measure of logic ability. Can you really resolve it ? or they just want to see your reaction how you can be stuck to find a right answer?
