The letter must verify that the educator credential is in good standing and has not been revoked, suspended or sanctioned for any reason and is not pending any adverse action. The letter must be signed by an authorized representative of the Ministry of Education or the licensing authority in the issuing country.
Они думают, что в России как и в СшА, учителя проходят сертификацию.
