2005 Moldova Passports, for cityzens of MD

Starting from 2005, the term of validity of Moldova foreign-travel passports shall become 10 years -- twice longer than now. Exception shall only be made to passports issued to children under 15. These shall be valid for 5 years, the Government wrote in the amendments to the migration and passport legislation that were approved Wednesday. Since now on, Moldovan passports will have the bearers' fingerprints among other biometric data.
