Release letter наоборот
Вот надумал начать бизнес в "третьей" стране параллельно основному бизнесу в штатах. Руководство кампании не возражает но согласно контракту я должен взять письменное подтверждение этого "невозражения". У кого нибудь есть форма как закрепить все это на бумаге? Стандартное release letter обычно освобождает кампанию от отвественности перед работником после его увольнения а мне надо все наоборот, чтобы кампания освободила меня от ответственности за использование знаний и ноу хау в третьей стране..

Dear Big Boss,
This letter is in reference to Roga i Kopyta, Inc. Code of Business Conduct.
Accordingly to Code of Business Conduct, I’ve thoroughly reviewed and carefully analysed the business of Roga i Kopyta, Inc and came to the following conclusions:
1. The technologies developed by Vasy Pupkin LLC are NOT related to any business of Roga i Kopyta, Inc and all corporations or any other commercial organizations or entities, and any branches or offices of any of the foregoing, thirty percent (30%) or more of the assets or voting securities of which is owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by Roga i Kopyta, Inc.
2. The technologies developed by Vasy Pupkin LLC are NOT related to any actual or demonstrably anticipated research or development activities undertaken by Roga i Kopyta, Inc and all corporations or any other commercial organizations or entities, and any branches or offices of any of the foregoing, thirty percent (30%) or more of the assets or voting securities of which is owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by Roga i Kopyta, Inc.
Therefore, it is my understanding that my 100% ownership of Vasy Pupkin LLC does NOT and would NOT create any conflict of interest in connection with work I have be performing for Roga i Kopyta, Inc.

Это хорощая идея, но мне нужно не письмо от меня к боссу а соглашение. Использование идей полученных в кампании будет вполне очевидно так что это должно быть по сути release agreement . Кампания не хочет "идти" в третьи страны у нее и в штатах хватает проблем и ей все равно кто там будет окучивать "бандерлогов". Такой вот гугол.
