Я был на таком интервью два раза. Один раз одного прямо на месте за фрод в иммиграционную тюрьму забрали. Не выучите JavaScript, копы заберут вас вместо индусов. Вы же не знаете JavaScript, верно?

Бывало что и без но не часто. В основном интервью конечно есть. Но факт остаётся фактом, ни разу не искал. Сами звонили и предлагали.

Ой мне чего только не предлагали ! Но я и сама искала и потом выбирала. Берут конечно в единичные места в итоге, независимо кто кого куда позвал. И мне кажется это нормально - было бы странно если кого то бы хотели все и безоговорочно

Вот видите, тут есть разница. Из тех кто мне предлагал чего-то я к нескольким сходил на интервью, потому что предлагали интересные вещи. Все интервью закончились оффером. Некоторые я принял. Так что не искал. То есть совсем не было такого чтобы надо было менять работу или выгнали. Всегда появлялся кто-то на горизонте и предлагал что-то интересное в правильный момент.

А как на вас выходили?
Я на LinkedIn поставила флаг, что ищу работу для рекруторов, но профиль не aпдeйтнула пока. Просмотров na много больше стало, всего пару личных предложений. Примерно поняла, что надо усовершенствовать в профайле, посмотрева на другие в моей индустрии и нише. Достаточно ли одного LinkedIn-a для поиска pаботы?

чет мне кажется товарищ имеет ввиду, что на него не рекрутеры выходили. у вас есть бывшие коллеги, с которыми вам (а точнее которым с вами) отлично и плодотворно работалось? уровня, желательно, чем выше тем лучше. линкдин как раз хорош, чтоб раз в год перекинуться 'howareyou`, ну и когда работу начала искать, вначале прошерстить кто где сейчас, какие позиции открыты и надо ли оно вам. часто с энтузиазмом контачат, идут лично отдавать резюме "в правильные руки", ну и потом с вами разговор уже совсем другой...
вот что-то мне кажется, выше типа этого описывали (со всякими гуглобуками и эплсофтами это не работает, ес-сно так)

Правда, был у меня курьёзный случай - завалил одно интервью на этапе разговора с рекрутером! Кто-то ещё может похвастать таким достижением? Но это скорее исключение.

А вот какая разница, кто рекрутер? Для меня - принципиальная. Я не хочу даже слышать их акцент. Когда эти индусы звонят по 10 человек с интервалом в 10 минут, предлагая одну и ту же фейковую позицю. Когда потом начинаешь гуглить их компании - кроме rip-off ничего больше о них не пишут. Когда годами предлагают одну и ту же фейковую позицию в Macy's. Когда их суешь мордой в их же дерьмо - начинаются вопли гопников.
