Just eat less than you do right now. If you cut liquid calories, sweets and fast carbs, such as bread and pasta, that is usually enough. If you feel hungry, replace carbs with same amount of calories from fat and protein. It will help you to feel full longer.
Do some physical activity. Or, even better, do as much as you can.
