интересно насколько серьезные, в количестве цифр? с одной стороны это самый низовой уровень, с другой почти выборы президента...

я бы свой голос на таком низовом уровне за меньше $200К кешем менять не стал, но у них могут быть более низкие/высокие требования. Не думаю, что миллионы.
