Noise ? это Вы так думаете ?! Зрите в корень, установлен корридор в +/-0.3% a day.... теперь допустим что все только покупают каждый день - за месяц это будет ~6%, а за всего-то пол-года каких-то несчастных 36%!!!

Боюсь Вы ( или ваш источник) не правильно интерпритирует коридор

I think it will be reset to 8.11 every trading day. Otherwise it would swing by 7% per month that would be exactly what Us and EU want.

Reading numerious comments it doesn't seem to be the case
