2. Stanford Management Science and Engineering (concentration Economics and Finance)
3. UC Santa Cruz MS in Economics and Finance

as a pre-Law school or pre-MBA or pre-MBA/JD.....

Harvard МPA is prestigious. I don't think it will play a huge role in your subsequent application to law schools. If you get it and work for a few years it will definitely help you get into a top MBA program.

What concurrent/joing degree? If you can get into Harvard MBA or JD program, sure, do a joint degree.
