Все новости которые я читал и слушал, говорили о том что Грузия начала военные действия.
90% новостей, которые я читал и слушал, об этом умалчивали. Оставшиеся упоминали вскользь, как будто это незначительная деталь. В общем и целом Россия представлялась как инициатор конфликта.
У меня нет записи того что передавали по СNN и ФОКС в эфире, но вот например новости в газетах и информационных агенствах с 8ого по 10ого Августа:

Over 1,300 people are reported dead after Russian forces responded to a Georgian attack on rebels in the breakaway province of South Ossetia by mounting a full scale invasion.
