1. Breaking a mirror is…7 years of bad luck

2. If you spill salt you should…throw it over your left shoulder

Большинство остальных предложений заканчиваются на "bad luck". :)

1. Breaking a mirror is a bad luck.
2. If you spill salt you should sprinkle some sugar on top of it(that's how they do it in my family :) ) to aviod bad luck.
7. A back cat crossing your path means good luck(in England)/bad luck(anywhere else)
10. Carrying a rabbit’s foot will bring you good luck.
11. Finding a four leaf clover is a good luck.
13. Eating walnuts is supposed to be good for your brain(? guessing from their shape)
14. An itchy nose means somebody is talking about you(in USA)/somebody is gonna hit you on it/you are gonna get drunk(in Russia)-NOT for schoolkids! :)
15. A blister on the tongue means you've lied to somebody.
17. The gift of a knife will cause animosity between you and the gift receiver.

К сожалению у меня ее сейчас нет и я не могу посмотреть значения. Думаю, что в библиотеках она есть.

1. Breaking a mirror is… going to cost you a few dollars.
2. If you spill salt you should… clean it up.
3. Walking under a ladder is… dangerous.
4. If you don’t always stir the batter in the same direction… you'll get a better mix.
5. Bubbles in coffee means … you're stirring too fast.
6. Looking at the new moon over your left shoulder will… cause you to run into something.
7. A back cat crossing your path means… a splat if you are driving.
8. Opening an umbrella indoor is… silly.
9. Stepping on a sidewalk crack bring… a million dollars if you trip, fall and sue the city.
10. Carrying a rabbit’s foot will bring… bad odor and flies.
11. Finding a four leaf clover is… almost impossible.
12. A ring around the moon means… it's time to wipe the glasses.
13. Eating walnuts is supposed to be good for… walnut farmers' income.
14. An itchy nose means… you are doing too much cocaine.
15. A blister on the tongue means… your husband is very happy.
16. Wearing squeaky shoes means… you are not going to make it as a spy.
17. The gift of a knife… you are too poor to afford a knife.
18. Wearing a peacock feather will bring… ridicule from everybody.
