For CGFNS:

1 Applicants are given 12 months to meet the requirements of the application order, after which it expires. If an application that has been paid in full expires, an applicant has up to 12 months to apply for a reprocess (another 12 months on that application) and fully pay the reprocess fee listed above in the fees table. If an applicant has NOT paid in full, or if fees paid were applied to previous services, and the application order expires, applicants do not qualify for the reprocess, but must submit a new application and pay the full fee to have 12 months to process the application and complete all the requirements. The subsequent 12 months begins when we receive the new application.
Fees as of January 1, 2010. Fees may change without notice.

NCLEX Registration Information
Registration Time Limit
All NCLEX examination registrations will remain open for a 365-day time period during which a board of nursing may determine the candidate's eligibility. The time period begins when the board of nursing receives the candidate's registration from the test service. Once a candidate is made eligible, he or she must test within the validity dates printed on the Authorization to Test (ATT).
Candidates who are not made eligible by their board of nursing within the 365-day time period will forfeit their registrations, including registration fee. Candidates who wish to take an NCLEX examination will need to re-register and re-pay the examination fee. Candidates must wait until their current registration expires before re-registering. A candidate may not have two NCLEX examination registrations (of the same exam type) open at the same time. If a candidate re-registers before their current registration expires, their second registration will be processed and denied, and the fee collected will be non-refundable.
