Это я читал, естественно. Вопрос, к чему относится выделенное жирным (про 12 лет): к high school education или к its equivalent.

Ключевое слово здесь или(EITHER )
11-летнее российское школьноео образование является эквивалентом 12-летнего американского.

Вопрос. Как-то и где-то слышал что если имеется пендящаяся 485, играть в лотерею не есть гуд. Ибо это может навредить текущему процессу. Это так или нет?
