С уровнем средней африканской школы дажe prereqs не возьмеш'. Знаю о чем говорю т.к. сейчас в одной группе с теми кто берет prereqs для PA Мастерс программы. А что существенная разница в оплате BA i MS?
Про разницу я сказать не могу, но, думается, разница несущественная.
А про африканские школы ничего не знаю, к сожалению. Но после американских вполне себе можно идти на BS/BA in PA. Хотя те школы, с которыми мы общались, предпочитали некоторый опыт в медицине до поступления. Но несколько kids right out of high school в программе тоже были.

Теперь все ажурно.
На тему ПА думаю следующее:
1. хорошо сходить на бакалавра после high school. Все таки время потрачено не в бесполезном гулянии по буфету, как часто бывает с неопределившимися.
2. при наличии бакалавра, есть смысл взять prereqs и поступить на Maters, правда, ети 12-15 месяцев ооооооооочень intense. Поетому жизнь надо организовать очень разумно до мелочей.

Об етом и речь ведем, как совместиь работу и учебу + жизнь как она есть.

Я тут на досуге подумала что может быть разумнее не терять время на "много работала", а учиться, потом студ. лоан отрабатывается быстрее с нормальным доходом ну и конечно при економной економии

Совершенно правильнии совет. Но нугно посмотреть в университете, какие агенства они предпочитаут, некоторие университети евалуируут сами. Если вообче - то WES признается большинством университетов.
По работе и оплате - я би рекомендовал только PA и с хирургическим уклоном потом. Оплата для хирургических больше 100 тисяч, ответственность на враче, PA - ето помочник, стресс минимальнии по сравнениу с врачебним.
PA он помочник в Medicine (могно сказать маленькии врач), RN - работает в Nursing, совершенно разние вечи с разним подходом к больному.
Лучше калымить в Гондурасе, чем гондурасить на Калыме...
