Ja pishu sochinenie i hochu ispolzovat sovetskuu frazu. " Gerojami ne rozhdautsa, a gerojami stanovjatsa".
Anybody knows English version of this phrase?
Or can anybody try to write their's English translation of the above phrase.

Interestingly enough, you have to go against the grain to say that in American English, because the standard saying is

"Heros are born, not made."

Just the reverse of your quote. Otherwise something like kysaya's would work, but I'd change the ending to: "you become one of necessity."

vanya_01's answer is wrong. I like YuriRB's, if it fits your context. But it is, at best, little known (seems to be a literary quote-- I have never heard of it), whereas the one I cited is a phrase that the proverbial "everyone" knows.
