Help please: does somebody know if his book Gödel, Escher, Bach: an Eternal Golden Braid was ever translated into Russian? I tried to google but got nothing.
Hofstadter is a fashinating figure: scientist, poet and multilingual (do you know that he learned Russian just to be able to translate Evgenii Onegin).
