Again H1B & legal of extra business/money.

Hi All,

I have read a lot here but still have't found how to do it. I have H1B and doing extra job at home through Internet. Sotimes I wark as 3d party and get % from project but money gows through me. For sure I don't have any company and are not registered as business.
So I am interesting is any way of doing this legaly and pay tax from my income not from money flow? At the end of year I should file tax form, so as I understand I should not include this money in this form. Am I right?
What problems it can cause in feature if I will not be able to do legaly?
Does someone tried to open bank account in some offshore zone and use it? Maybe someone has company there. Is it cause any problems with US law? Also I heared that State of Texas is offshore zone and like foreign resident I can create company there but I haven't found such info. Does someone know about it?

One more thing. Does someone think about opening personal account in another country like Swiss. There are a lot of sites like http://www.swissoffshorebanking.com (not an advaisment

) but personally i don't trust them. Maybe someone has already such experiance, any thoughts about it? All comments are welcome

Про Швейцарию я не знаю, но Вы можете открыть банковский счет в Латвии.

Seems paypal dose not support Latviu, and whis will cause problems in payment.

But yes, at last I can use this one.

Another thing. Does someone read legal documents bout h1B and right to work for somebody else. Actually I cannot find it but on some sites I have seen like this "not allowed to work on full-time basis". But it is home work and it is like hobby, eaven more it is through internet and clients can be eaven not in US.

Does somebody know URL's for legal documents describing actual rights?

dber, да никто нифига не знает! Известно, что на W-2 работать без визы точно нельзя. В 1099 есть 2 chek-box'a - 3-"Other incom" и 7-"Non-employee compensation", это, вроде, разрешено. Но опять же все с форумов.

Ситуация вообще смешная, на одном из лоерских форумов парень задал вопрос - он на H1B и сдает дом, легальный ли у него доход? Лоер ему отвечает, что если он просто сдает дом и получает за это бабки - все легально, только плати налоги, если же он сам что-то в этом доме ремонтирует по требованию жильцов, замок меняет или раковину чинит - все, труба! Это уже работа, что на H1B - нельзя.
Идиотизм полный...
