I noticed that that my tenant (lives in my duplex) has an guest that lives on the premises for almost 2 weeks. This person is not on the lease. I believe here in California the guests are entitled to tenant rights after 30 days. Is there anything I could do to prevent my renter to have long term guests? Can I issue them a 3 day notice to perform or leave?
The lease agreement is a standard California CAR Form LR, Revised 4/11 "Residential Lease or Month-to -Month Rental Agreement".

Меня напрягает то что рентер говорил что будет жить семья из 4х, а по факту 5 человек. В итоге износ больше и вода нынче дорогая в калифорнии....
