Only 11 months old (purchased in August 2008). Works perfectly. No scratches, all buttons work.Like new!
Recently reinstalled the operating system with all the appropriate drivers from the manufacturer's website. Owned and used in a non-smoking environment. Still has manufacturer's warranty. Purchased for my son to play video games during university but he said it was too heavy for him to carry it around.
