Highlights: I started on this position and realized, that everything is doing in manual way. So I advertized my scripting as a "silver bullet" to reduce releasing management time and get more coffee instead. My managers agreed with that way, and now a number of projects working on number of clusters distributed by geo-location are releasing in semi-automatic mode. Working hours for this tasks reduced to 15% from initial time.
A documentation of previous activities is so large task that it been divided to a project itself. There are too many systems that have been historically, and company needs to realize their risks and benefits of supporting them. So I did a reverse-researching on a live environments, and documented that.

Highlights: I started on a position of Information security office, and this means that i should to be in charge on privacy, information leaks, securing network, laptops and everything, including our employees. I was inspecting how server rooms was organized, did all policies we agreed are followed by personell, etc. When I (and my boss, actually, who helped very much) made an order with this, I started to investigate security incidents that could be a problem from point of view of our customers. We had some very secured projects and we couldn't make mistakes with that. So i was responsible on staff security trainings, and worked as a consultant for some projects.
I researched current company infrastructure and realized, that we can do more with our IDS systems. I deployed few servers across the network on key points, analyzing traffic for intruders activity and policies breaks. The reports with most suspicous activities are to be sent every day to a responsible persons.
A year later I started to support the main treasure of every software company - it's source code vault. I supported Perforce and invented a Subversion environments in our company, integrated them to our automated administration environment. Also i was responsible for ticketing system, request tracker.

Highlights: I started with Alcoms as a support service enginner. My usual task was to help customers with their brand new computer hardware and software. Few times later I've been promoted to Team leader of support service.
When I recieved fundamental knowledge on system and networks I started to work on 2nd level, dealing with servers and server software. Routing, switching, WAN/LAN, hot swap.
Few time later we realized that we should to have some more useful environment, and I started to prepare a web-based software for sales. Purchases, sales, simple customer relationships, margin - all for not too big company. As far as i know, the system is alive now.
