А сколько примерно зарплата на Sr. Software Engineer? Не то, чтобы я работу менять хотел, но в нынешние времена надо знать что где и почем, skills почти все совпадают, только опыта побольше будет...
P.S. Вообще немного режет глаз Sr. в названии позиции и "3-5 years of experience". Какой может быть senior c 3-мя годами опыта

Have been on a vacation (btw, company sent everybody from 24Dec to 4Jan on a Payable shut-down).

In simple words we are looking for:
Must:
- a very strong C++ in general (OOP, templates, algorithms, multi-threading, asynchronous sockets, cross-platform development, high-performance optimization).
Desirable:
- experience with digital video processing (high performance re-scaling, color transformation, compressing, etc.)
- experience with digital audio processing (high performance compressing)
- CPU/GPU processing
- Network protocols TCP,UDP
- Web services (C++) experience
Urgent:
- Console development (we need to port our PC technologies - see above - to the major consoles) - we need it right away, can even offer a contract position.

It hard to come up with the exact numbers - all depends on your technical and negotiation skills, but nobody has yet resisted the temptation to take an offer we made.

So, do I understand correctly that only a guy with the recent console development experience can be accepted for the contract position?
I'm interested but I'm bound with the contract terms and do not have console experience at all - just related experience with several mobile phone platforms...
